Welcome to Family Tides: our private personal home on Lake Gladewater - the best quiet lake within 2 hours of Dallas that you've never heard of. Family reunion? We have 6 bedrooms and 2 living areas plus 3 seating areas on the upper deck alone. Games? Cornhole, croquet, air hockey, pickleball, and many more. Toys? Paddle boat, giant floating lily pad, SUP, kayak, and a wagon. Need to work? Fully functioning Wi-Fi network and smart TVs to relax. Fishing, swimming - we have it all.

*Booking price includes damage insurance fee to cover up to $1,500.00 in damages done to property.
*Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. - **Anonymous**: "We had 2 small children & 5 adults! The house was plenty big and still had space for others to stay if we needed it. 
Large outdoor space for our littles to run- the deck has gates so they were basically locked in. Lots of games and kids toys!
Overall it was great and we have no complaints. 
The “new wing” and back 2 bedrooms were insanely hot when we got there & we weren’t sure the AC was working in that section of the house. Luckily for us, there was a portable fan & the temps dropped at night & the next few days which helped it cool down. Our littles stayed in the bunk room over there so we were worried about them getting too hot, but all was well. 
Something I didn’t think to even check on was access to a washer & dryer- as i’ve never stayed in an airbnb entire home that didn’t have washer and dryer access. This house locks their laundry room up, so that is not an option. Oversight on my part not reading the listing more thoroughly." (10/5)
