Last Chance Ranch is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every space, offering comfortable accommodations and exceptional outdoor amenities that create a true vacation experience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

-Primary Suite (Downstairs): King Bed & Private En-Suite Bathroom

-Guest Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen Bed, Private En-Suite Bathroom

-Additional Sleeping (Upstairs Loft): Queen Air Mattress available for guest overflow

Indoor Living:

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space that combines modern comforts with the cozy charm of country living. The open-concept living area is the perfect place to gather after a day by the pool, featuring comfortable seating and a Fire TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential kitchen appliances, you'll have all the conveniences of home during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals together before heading back outside to relax.

For added convenience, the main level also includes a half bathroom, making it easy for guests to access without entering the private bedrooms.

A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use, making longer stays and post-pool cleanups a breeze.

Upstairs, guests will find the comfortable guest bedroom complete with a Roku TV, offering a private space to unwind after a fun-filled day.

Outdoor Living:

The backyard is where Last Chance Ranch truly shines, featuring your own private outdoor oasis designed for relaxation and making memories. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring, cooling off in the pool on a warm Texas afternoon, grilling dinner for the family, or ending the evening around the fire pit beneath the stars, this outdoor space offers something for everyone. With comfortable gathering areas and thoughtful amenities throughout, you'll likely find yourself spending most of your stay outside enjoying the peaceful country setting.

Every detail of Last Chance Ranch has been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing escape where comfort, convenience, and unforgettable outdoor living come together.

Guests will have access to the home, pool, hot tub, outdoor entertaining spaces, pergola, grill, and fire pit during their stay.

Please note the following areas are not accessible to guests:
-Master Bedroom Closet
-Outdoor Storage Shed

These areas are locked and reserved for owner storage and property operations.

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area and accessing local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The property offers convenient on-site parking for guests.

Pet Friendly!

We happily welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation with an additional pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage to the property.

Pool & Hot Tub Rules:

-Absolutely no glassware is permitted on the pool deck or around the pool area. The owners have thoughtfully provided a variety of plastic drinkware, including wine glasses, for outdoor use. If glass is broken in or around the pool, a $250 glass remediation fee will be charged to cover professional cleaning and safety measures required by the pool service company.

Pool Service:

-The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday. Guests should expect the pool technician to briefly access the backyard during their stay if service falls during their reservation.

Fireplace:

-The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

Firepit:

-We have a fantastic little firepit area available for guest use. We kindly ask you look into any active burn bans or ask us to take a look prior to using the firepit.
-If no active burn bans are present, we have ample wood available next to the shed.

House Rules:

-No parties or events without prior approval.
-Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
-No smoking or vaping inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found by our cleaners you will be charged a $1,000 odor remediation charge.
-Please treat the home and outdoor amenities with care so future guests can enjoy them as well.
